Description

When fixing photovoltaic panels on roofs covered with trapezoidal metal sheets, we recommend the use of trapezoidal bridges. Our bridges are made entirely of 2mm thick aluminum, making them the most durable products of this type on the market at the best price. The trapezoidal bridge has a width of 114mm so that when attached with a screw to the roof, they maintain the perfect position. Its height provides full security when it comes to maintaining the correct temperature between the roof and the underside of the panels. It is very important to maintain this distance of 70mm to 100mm.

The foot of the trapezoidal bridge is secured with EPDM tape, which protects the screw connections to the roof during installation.

To install the panels themselves, we will use M8 ball studs or a square nut. Both products are slipped into the trapezoidal bridge and, once in position with the screws, you can fasten the panels together with end clamps and center clamps to maintain safe distances between the individual panels.

Remember to check the thickness of the panel before choosing the end and center clamps and choose the right one.
