The best way to install panels on a trapezoidal tin roof is to use our trapezoidal bridges. The bridges are lined with EPDM tape which creates an insulating layer between the roof and the element itself. This tape provides insulation where the screws and the roof are attached. On the bridges we mount solar panels using end clamps and middle clamps. The principle of mounting such clamps is simplified as much as possible by using sliding grooves with a ball or square nut. These nuts are inserted into the profile of the bridge and positioned in the right place for us, then the end or middle clamps are added and tightened with a screw. The height of the clamp must match the thickness of the solar panel.
The height of the trapezoidal bridge is the most optimal, allowing proper airflow between panels. In addition, the middle clamps separate our panels, securing them during operation.
