In the case of installation on large roof surfaces - if the roof is covered with trapezoidal sheet, a 2200mm bridge can be used. It is a bridge of similar construction at 300mm and 400mm, so it can be easily connected with our other bridges. The length of the bridge can be adjusted and adapted to different needs. Since it is fully made of aluminum it can be trimmed quickly. The bridge is constructed in such a way that it can be mounted directly on the roof with screws. This is made possible by the use of EPDM tape, which insulates the bridge from the roof, protecting it from leaks at the mounting points. The height of the bridge is optimized so that there is free air flow between the panels and the roof.
For proper installation of the panels end and middle clamps are needed. The clamps are fastened on sliding grooves with a ball or square nut. One of these elements slides into the upper part of the bridge and, after positioning in a satisfactory place, we connect the given clamp with a screw. End clamps are used to fix the outer panels and the middle clamp is to separate the panels from each other.
