The clamp is made of aluminum. It is mounted between two solar panels by screwing it to the mounting rail with an M8 ball studs. The glue has special teeth on the ends of the grippers to hold the entire PV panel in a secure position. An additional function of the middle glue is to leave an adequate distance between each successive panel. The clamp is used in every construction.
