Self-drilling screw with EPDM gasket for photovoltaic profiles.
Size: 6.0x25 + 16mm / A2 EPDM washer
Combination of A2 stainless steel with a hardened carbon steel drill bit - BI-Metal / A2. The screw is ideal for fixing elements to thin sheets. Used in the assembly of a solar structure directly to sheet metal roofs. The drilling screws do not require the use of a conventional drill bit for assembly. Chiplessness allows not only to maintain order during work, avoiding dangerous splinters that may injure a working person or bystanders, but most of all it prevents any metal chips from getting into electronic components and contacts. Due to the innovative thread geometry, screws not only quickly, but also they drill through the sheet in a chipless manner, ensuring a high load-bearing capacity of the connection.
