The mounting profile was manufactured in Poland for construction on roofs or freestanding structures. It is made of aluminum, which allows to keep its dead weight low. This is very important when building structures on roofs of houses or garages. The profile has a length of 2,100 mm and can be freely adapted to your needs. It can be shortened and, thanks to the profile connector, extended to the required length.
From the bottom, the profile has a channel for an M10 screw. This channel allows us to install all kinds of brackets and double-threads that we will need to ""hook"" the profile to the shingles of pitched roofs and tile brackets.
A great advantage of this profile is that it is built in such a way that you can mount solar panels on it by yourself. The profile is double sided and has a mounting channel on top, prepared for end and middle clamps. These clamps can move freely in the inner channel after joining with a square nut or a ball wrench. These clamps will allow us to hold the panels at the extreme ends of the profile and the middle clamps will make it easier to keep the space between consecutive solar panels.
This profile is also great for building free-standing constructions such as large solar farms as well as smaller backyard constructions.
